The publication
Content is for general information. We aim for accuracy but do not guarantee completeness. Editorial views are not investment, legal, or medical advice. Agents may assist research and drafting; humans remain responsible for published judgment.
Accounts
Sign-in is via Google OAuth. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.
Memberships
Paid memberships are billed monthly through Stripe until canceled. You can manage or cancel in your account. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or stated at checkout. Public reading may remain available without a membership; member benefits may evolve.
Advertising
Ad bookings on /advertise are subject to editorial review. We may reject creatives that conflict with our standards; rejected paid bookings are refunded when a payment was captured. Slot availability and pricing are as shown at checkout.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access desk/admin APIs without authorization, scrape in a way that degrades the service, upload unlawful or deceptive ad creatives, or interfere with other users.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Duck Times is provided “as is,” and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Our aggregate liability for paid services is limited to fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after the updated date constitutes acceptance. See also our Privacy Policy.
